At ChallengeU Ohio Community School, our mission is simple: help students who have disengaged from traditional education reconnect with learning and graduate.
Many of the students we serve have faced challenges that interrupted their education. Through flexible online learning, personalized support, and strong relationships, we help students rebuild confidence and create a pathway toward graduation and future success.

Our team members are united by a shared commitment to helping students move forward and achieve their goals.
As an Enrollment Specialist, you'll be the first real connection a student and family makes with ChallengeU — and that matters. You'll own the enrollment journey from first inquiry to confirmed enrollment, making sure no student gets lost in the process.
As a Student Services Assistant, you'll be a behind-the-scenes powerhouse keeping our student data accurate, our phones answered, and our operations running smoothly
As the Manager of School Counseling, you'll lead our counseling team and serve as a champion for student success — from enrollment to graduation and beyond
This isn't just a compliance role — it's a builder role. As Director of Special Education, you'll lead and grow our special education program from the ground up, shape systems that scale, and partner with our tech team to design innovative tools that make a real difference for students with disabilities.
As a Lead Graduation Coach serves as a bridge between the coaching team and leadership, helping ensure that coaches are supported, accountable, and equipped to effectively engage students.
As a Graduation Coach, you'll play a critical role in supporting students on their path to graduation by building relationships, monitoring progress, and helping remove barriers to success.
